What we collect, why, and who else touches it. Plain language, no fine print tricks.
When you submit the Get Started form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your project — notes, a file link, or a file you upload directly. That's it. We don't ask for payment details through the form; those come later, separately, once a quote is confirmed.
The DPI Checker, Vector vs Raster Checker and Bleed Calculator all run entirely in your browser. Your file never leaves your device and is never uploaded anywhere. We have no record of what you check with them.
Your project details pass through a small set of services that keep the business running: Cloudflare (hosting and email routing), Resend (delivering the email notification when you submit a form), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection on the form, no personal tracking), and Umami (privacy-focused analytics that count visits without fingerprinting or following you across other sites). Once a project is quoted, payment is handled through Payoneer, which has its own privacy policy covering the payment details you give them directly.
Uploaded files and project details are kept only as long as needed to complete the job and handle any follow-up revisions, then deleted. If you'd like a file removed sooner, just email us and we'll take care of it.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone outside the services listed above. We don't use your project or files for anything beyond the job you asked for, unless you separately give us permission (for example, to feature it in the portfolio).
You can ask what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
