How a project actually works between us, spelled out, including refunds.
Revectora takes an AI-generated design — a logo, flyer, packaging concept or similar — and prepares it for real-world printing: redrawn by hand as clean vector artwork, corrected for color, sized and bled correctly for the intended print method. Every file is manually redrawn; nothing is auto-traced.
Nothing is charged when you submit a project. We review the actual file first, confirm it can be completed properly, and send back a firm quote. You only pay once you accept that quote.
Once a quote is accepted, we send a secure payment request through Payoneer to your email. You pay by credit or debit card — no Payoneer account or sign-up needed on your end. Monthly plans are billed the same way, starting when your first request under the plan is accepted.
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days. A 48-hour rush adds 50% to the base price; a 24-hour rush adds 100%. Rush timing starts once the file and payment are both confirmed, not at the moment you submit the form.
Every one-time project includes 2 rounds of revisions to the delivered file. Requests that go meaningfully beyond the original brief (a different design direction, additional file formats not agreed on upfront) are treated as a new, separately quoted request.
If we review your file and determine it can't be completed properly — for example, the source is too low-quality to recreate reliably — you're never charged in the first place, since payment only happens after a quote is accepted. If you've paid and are unsatisfied with the delivered file, tell us within 7 days and we'll revise it under your included rounds. A refund is issued only if we're unable to deliver a usable, print-ready file that matches the agreed brief after those revisions.
Monthly plans can be paused or cancelled between billing cycles — there's no long-term contract. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle; it doesn't refund the current one, since that period's requests have already started or been reserved.
Standard plan requests average 48 hours and are never more than 5 business days. Agency plan requests average 24–48 hours and are never more than 3 business days. If a queue backs up beyond that window, the request is escalated ahead of newer ones until it's delivered — you're never left without a delivery date.
Once a project is paid for and delivered, you own the final print-ready file outright, to use however you like. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to commercially use the original AI-generated source content itself — that depends on the terms of the AI tool that generated it and the platform you sell through, not on us.
We prepare files to be print-ready to the best of our judgment based on the specs you give us. We're not responsible for print quality issues caused by a third-party printer, a spec we weren't told about, or changes made to the file after delivery.
